Buford sweeps Washington-Wilkes out of AA playoffs

BUFORD - The Buford baseball team earned a sweep over Washington-Wilkes Thursday in the first round of the Class AA state playoffs.<br>

Buford won Game 1 10-1 and took game 16-5 to advance.<br>
<br>
The Wolves (25-3) will play the winner of the Adairsville-Pace Academy series. Buford will hit the road if Adairsville wins but would play host to Pace if it wins.
