Public high school graduation begins

GAINESVILLE - The end of the school year Friday brought with it the first graduations at public high schools in Hall County - and they contnued Saturday.<br> <br> Things got underway at 7:00 Friday night at the Georgia Mountains Center where North Hall seniors picked up their diplomas. An hour later at the Gainesville High gym, around 200 GHS seniors graduated.<br> <br> Also, Friday night, another of the private schools in the county - Heritage Academy - held its graduation at Blackshear Place Baptist Church.<br> <br> The mountains center was the setting for graduatioin Saturday afternoon for seniors from East Hall.<br> <br> Brenau Academy graduated 13 seniors in ceremones Saturday morning.<br> <br> Maranatha Christian Academy also held graduation Saturday.<br> <br>
