<p>Four men were being held Monday on charges that they murdered a Richland man who was shot in the face at his home two weeks ago.</p><p>Richland police, responding to a call from a neighbor who reported hearing a gunshot, found Robert Earl Stephens, 40, near his front door.</p><p>"We have recovered a .357-caliber revolver that we believe was involved," said Danny Jackson, a Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent from Americus.</p><p>Jackson said Daryl Kitchens, 18, surrendered to authorities and was arrested Friday at Columbus Metropolitan Airport as he arrived from New York. William Powell, 43, was arrested at the Columbus restaurant where he worked. Rontavious Slaughter, 20, was arrested at his Richland home. And Emery Jarvis Williams, 24, was arrested outside a nightclub in Richland.</p><p>The four were in court Monday for a first appearance hearing, where they were read the charges and their rights.</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x2868224)</p>
