<p>A 65-year-old man fatally shot his wife while she was being treated at a dental office then killed himself, authorities said.</p><p>Sammy L. Tyson, of Tyrone, entered Family Dental Center just before 2 p.m. Tuesday, asked for a business card and then asked to use the restroom, Fayetteville Police Lt. Beverly Trainor said. The restroom gave the man access to treatment areas.</p><p>His wife, Flossie Cooper Tyson, 54, was in one of the treatment rooms with a dentist and a nurse, Trainor said. The husband shot her several times with a small-caliber handgun, then shot himself in the head, Trainor said.</p><p>The couple were in the process of getting a divorce, Trainor said.
