ATLANTA - Ronnie Deli was cooking breakfast Sunday morning when her husband, Sam, served up a heaping of great news.

He had correctly selected the numbers for Saturday's Lotto South drawing and won the $19 million jackpot. He chose the annuity
payment option and will receive his winnings in 30 annual installments.

It's exciting to have another winning Lotto South jackpot ticket sold in Georgia," said Georgia Lottery President and CEO Margaret
DeFrancisco.

Deli learned of his great luck when he called the Georgia Lottery Corporation's Player Information Hotline on Sunday. "I
was in total shock," says Mr. Deli. "So I waited 10 minutes and called again."

Mr. Deli's wife, Ronnie, was still asleep so he waited until she was awake to share the good news. While Mrs. Deli was cooking breakfast, Mr. Deli entered the kitchen and announced, "I have something to tell
you."

"I had this funny feeling," says Mrs. Deli. "It was like being told that we held the golden ticket for Willy Wonka's Chocolate
Factory."

Mr. Deli, 54, and Mrs. Deli, a 49-year-old who works in banking, both plan to retire now that they're multimillionaires. They are still
deciding how to spend their winnings but options include new vehicles and a boat.

They also plan to help their children further their educations. Both of their children, Vanessa, 27, and Adam, 24, were HOPE scholars.

The Delis have already purchased airline tickets to visit their children and personally inform them of their Lotto South jackpot win.

The lucky Quik Pik ticket was purchased at Quiktrip on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Suwanee. The store earns $25,000 for having sold the winning ticket.
