Union beats Lakeview girls for Region 8-A soccer title

UNDATED - The Lakeview girls soccer team lost to Union County Wednesday night in the finals of the Region 8-A tournament.<br>
<br>
The Lady Lions and Lady Panthers were tied 0-0 after regulation and the game then went to penalty kicks.<br>
<br>
Union outscored Lakeview to win the title.<br>
<br>
Both teams move on to the state tournament, which begins April 30th.<br>
<br>
Union will be the No. 1 seed with lakeview the No. 2 seed.
