Luckhurst scored 17 points as Wesleyan (28-5) won its second title in three years. The Norcross private school won the Class A crown in 2002.<br>

``I guess since I won't be able to get another one next year, this one is more special,'' said Luckhurst, the daughter of former Atlanta Falcons kicker Mick Luckhurst. ``I was nervous a little bit. I just knew we worked hard to get where we are.''<br>

The Lady Wolves and Lady Greenwave were never separated by a margin greater than seven points, and the fourth period featured six lead changes.<br>

Terrell County (21-8) had a chance to tie with 22 seconds to go, but Tanae Davis' 3-pointer was wide. A tied ball with eight seconds gave Terrell one final chance, but they could only manage a basket from the lane by Antwanette Spencer at the buzzer.<br>
