Life in prison for child molester, sodomizer

GAINESVILLE - It's life in prison for a Gainesville man convicted of molesting and sodomizing three young boys.

32-year-old Edsel Star was convicted two weeks ago in connection with incidents involving the 7-, 5-, and 4-year-olds.

Star is a former Hall County school bus driver, but Hall County District Attorney Jason Deal says the charges did not relate to his job.

He was sentenced Monday.
