RMA netters open season with win

GAINESVILLE - The Riverside Military Academy tennis team opened its season with a 3-2 win over North Cobb Christian Thursday.<br> <br> The Eagles dropped the first two matches of the day in singles but rallied to win the final three to get the win.<br> <br> RMA&#39;s Penn Swindle lost to Tanner Jackson 10-7 at No. 1 singles while Juan Segundo lost 10-6 to North Cobb&#39;s Arthur Eyzaguirre at No. 2 singles.<br> <br> John Woodham got the Eagles on the board with a 10-0 win over Michael Batylin at No. 3 singles.<br> <br> Riverside&#39;s No. 1 doubles team of Drew Parvin and Robert May beat Cosbie Hollerback and Andrew Farmer of North Cobb 10-1 to even the match.<br> <br> Riverside got the win when North Cobb forfeited the No. 2 doubles match.
