following a three month undercover investigation.
The Appalachian Drug Task force used undercover G-B-I agents to make drug
purchases during the investigation.
"Undercover agents successfully purchased suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine, Loretab, and OxyContin from 22 individuals during this operation, resulting in approximately 48 warrants being issued," said Task Force Spokesman Michael Rundles.
Rundles attributes the success of the operation to cooperation between the law enforcement agencies involved.
