Firebirds deal Force worst loss ever

INDIANAPOLIS - Adrian McPherson threw four touchdown passes and ran for three more scores to lead the Indiana Firebirds to a 73-36 victory over the Georgia Force on Saturday night.

McPherson was 16-of-28 for 181 yards for the Firebirds (2-5). Markeith Cooper had six catches for 63 yards and two TDs.

Leon Murray was 7-of-18 for 113 yards and two touchdowns for the Force (4-3). The 37-point loss is the worst in Force history, topping a 21-point setback to Los Angeles in 2002.
