GHS boys take third in Cup

OAKWOOD - The Gainesville boys soccer team took third place in the Northeast Georgia Mountains Cup tournament with a 3-0 win over Flowery Branch Saturday at Bill Ellis Stadium at Johnson High School.<br>

The Elephants (9-2-2) got two goals from Chase Cosgrove and one from Darwin Mejia.<br>
<br>
Geoffrey del Forn and Johnny Nalley combined to get a shut out in goal for Gainesville.
