Lumpkin names new schools Superintendent

DAHLONEGA - Lumpkin County High principal Dewey Moye has been named Superintendent of Lumpkin County schools.

Moye has been with the Lumpkin school system since the early 1980s, and is in his second stint as Lumpkin High principal.

Moye will replace David Luke, who plans to retire at the end of the current school year.
