Christmas holidays arriving for Gainesville, Hall students

GAINESVILLE - The Christmas break is almost here for students in the Gainesville and Hall County school systems.

Winter Holidays begin Friday for Hall County students though it will be a teacher/staff development day.

Students in the Gainesville School System have to go to school Friday but will get to leave two hours early.

Students in both systems must return to class January 4. However, teachers in the city system must be back January 3 for a planning day.
