Savannah State runs losing streak to 14

SAVANNAH - Matt Witt had 12 points and 10 assists and Eastern Kentucky scored the first 11 points of the game, then cruised to an 80-64 victory over winless Savannah State Monday night.<br> <br> Witt scored all his points in the first half. The Colonels (8-1) had a 10-0 run to take a 35-14 lead, and led 46-22 at halftime.<br> <br> Zach Ingles led Eastern Kentucky with 13 points, and Jason McLeish had 12.<br> <br> Sherrard Reddick and Lazarius Coleman scored 13 points apiece to lead Savannah State. Coleman had three late 3-pointers to help the Tigers (0-14) cut into a 31-point deficit against Eastern Kentucky&#39;s reserves.
