KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- C.J. Watson scored a career-high 20 points and Scooter McFadgon had 18 to lead Tennessee to a 90-49 victory over Campbell on Thursday night. <br>

Tennessee (6-4) made 14 of 22 shots from 3-point range, falling one short of tying the school record for 3-pointers. The Vols hit 13 of their first 15 3-point shots. <br>

Campbell (2-6) committed a season-high 27 turnovers. <br>
<br>
Watson was 6 of 7 from the field and made all five of his 3-point shots. Chris Lofton added 16 points for the Vols. <br>
<br>
Maurice Latham and Dominique Klein led Campbell with 10 points each. <br>
<br>
Tennessee led 15-13 with 13:32 left in the first half when it went on a 17-0 run. Brandon Crump's dunk gave the Vols a 32-13 lead with 8:02 left in the half. <br>

The Vols stretched the lead to 30 on two foul shots by Watson with nine seconds in the half. <br>
<br>
Campbell's Anthony Atkins hit a 3-pointer at the halftime buzzer, and the Vols led 51-24. <br>

Watson had 14 points on 4-of-5 shooting and was 3 of 3 from 3-point range at halftime. McFadgon had 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting and was 2 of 3 from behind the arc. <br>

Tennessee shot 69.6 percent from the field in the first half and hit 8 of 10 shots from 3-point range and all 11 of its foul shots. The Vols made nine straight shots from the field during one stretch. <br>

Campbell shot 47.6 percent from the field and committed 15 turnovers in the first half. <br>
<br>
The Vols made their first nine shots of the second half, including five 3-pointers. McFadgon's 3-pointer with 14:14 left gave Tennessee a 76-26 lead and capped a 25-2 run starting the second half.
