Small plane crashes onto DeKalb County house

<p>A small plane crashed onto a suburban Atlanta house on Monday, but authorities said the pilot was not hurt and the family escaped injury.</p><p>The plane went down on the roof of the home near Peachtree DeKalb Airport in north DeKalb County. The plane sat relatively intact on the roof after the crash landing, though the engine was badly damaged and one wing was broken.</p><p>The cause of the crash was not immediately known, but witnesses said it appeared to fall from about 350 feet directly onto the house.</p><p>"I thought it was a bomb or something," said Lucero Espinoza, a neighbor.</p><p>Espinoza told WGCL-TV that an adult male and one child were inside the house but neither was injured.</p>
