<p>A man accused of abducting his 4-year-old daughter and the girl's mother outside a school Tuesday morning was arrested after authorities issued an Amber Alert seeking the public's help.</p><p>Richard Gaddy, 31, was accused of taking his daughter, Christina Gaddy, and Christie Lynn Sharpe, 25, from E.M. Holt Elementary School near Burlington, Alamance County sheriff's deputies said.</p><p>Gaddy was captured in Burke County, about 130 miles west, Tuesday afternoon, said Randy Jones, a spokesman for the Alamance County Sheriff's Department. The child and her mother were safe, Jones said.</p><p>He said he had no other information about the incident.</p><p>Earlier, Gaddy and a 1979 white Ford pickup truck was the subject of an Amber Alert, which is issued when a child is abducted. The alert spread to Georgia, where authorities thought Gaddy may be headed.</p><p>Deputies said they arrested two accomplices in the abduction at a Burlington motel Tuesday morning.</p>
