Liquor-by-the-drink sales OK'd in two NE Georgia towns

UNDATED - Voters in two northeast Georgia towns approved liquor-by-the-drink sales Tuesday.
The measures were approved in Cornelia and Dahlonega.
The issue was hotly-contested in Tifton in south Georgia, but it was also approved there.
