Miles 21, Morehouse 10

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) Taurus Carr and John Burroughs combined to run for 155 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lead Miles to a 21-10 victory over Morehouse.<br> <br> Miles (7-3, 6-2 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) took a 14-3 halftime lead as Carr scored on 10 and 7-yard runs. Carr finished the game with 59 yards on 15 carries.<br> <br> Burroughs rushed nine times for 96 yards and put the game away for the Golden Bears with a 20-yard scoring run with 8:39 to play.<br> <br> John Washington rushed 20 times for 118 yards for Morehouse (4-6, 3-5).<br> <br> Morehouse scored on a 31-yard field goal by Adam Williams with two seconds to play in the half and on an eight-yard run by Byron Comer in the third quarter.
