New city attorney named for Flowery Branch

FLOWERY BRANCH - The Flowery Branch City Council has named a new city attorney.

Richard Carothers was named to replace Bill Coolidge, who died suddenly October 30.

Carothers was a law partner of Coolidge's in the Buford firm of Carothers & Mitchell.
