Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle says the first destroyed a vacant house across from 3171 Atlanta Highway and while firemen were fighting that blaze they noticed a smaller fire in a vacant house next door. That fire was contained to one bedroom.
Cagle says they then got a report of a car fire just down the road on Wallis Road near Blackshear Place Baptist Church. He says the car had been reported stolen from the Waffle House in Oakwood.
The fires occurred about 11:30 Wednesday night.
