Lee Container to expand in East Texas

<p>More than 100 jobs will be created as Lee Container expands its operations into Texas.</p><p>Gov. Rick Perry made today's announcement in Nacogdoches (nak-uh-DOH'-ches).</p><p>Perry says Lee Container, which makes plastic containers, is expected to invest more than five and a-half (M) million dollars in the Texas economy over five years.</p><p>The Georgia-based company plans to have 105 jobs at its Nacogdoches manufacturing facility.</p><p>Texas is providing a 300,000 dollar grant to Lee Container.</p><p>The money comes from the Texas Enterprise Fund.</p><p>___</p><p>On the Net:</p><p>www.governor.state.tx.us</p><p>www.leecontainer.com</p>
