Hall health department offering flu shots

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Health Department announces that a limited number of flu shots will be available beginning Monday for patients in high-risk groups.

"This is the first shipment of vaccine to arrive at the health department", states Alan Satterfield, Nurse Manager, Hall County Health Department. "More vaccine will arrive soon, but we wanted to get the residents who are in the high-risk group vaccinated as soon as possible."

The health department has received approximately 350 doses of the vaccine.
