No. 8 Lady Lions win showdown with No. 9 GAC

GAINESVILLE - The Class AA/A eighth-ranked Lakeview Academy girls volleyball team rallied to take an exciting Area 7-AA/A win over No. 9 Greater Atlanta Christian Tuesday in a tri-match with East Hall.<br> <br> The Lady Lions (22-3, 9-1 in area) got by the Lady Spartans 18-25, 25-18, 25-22 in the first match and then whipped East Hall 25-3, 25-7 in the second match.<br> <br> Lydia Ann Jacobs had perhaps her best game of the season leading Lakeview with 13 service aces. Kate Norton and Hillary Stanford had 10 kills apiece and Erica Breedlove had 8 kills.
