Three-year-old dies after being shot in East Point

<p>Police searched Tuesday for a convicted felon wanted in the fatal shooting of a 3-year-old during a late-night party for adults at the home of a friend of the boys mother.</p><p>Terrance Douglas was shot in the head with a 9mm pistol about 11:15 p.m. Monday at an East Point apartment. Interviews with people present indicated that Steven Marshall, also known as Keith Marshall and Tyrone Jackson, fired the shot, detective Sgt. Charles Israel said.</p><p>We dont believe at this point it was intentional, Israel said.</p><p>Israel said Marshall, 32, is a convicted burglar and is out of jail on bond on charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault. He left the apartment after the shooting.</p><p>Four others present in the home of Shanita Woods were charged with obstruction, reckless conduct and occupying a disorderly place. They included Woods; Terrances mother, Erica Douglas, 20, of Atlanta; Staci Marshall, Steven Marshalls sister; and Deonte Durham, Israel said.</p>
