Man arrested in shooting death of grandmother

<p>A third suspect in the drive-by shooting death of a Georgia grandmother has been arrested in North Carolina.</p><p>David Wayne Carter, 19, was apprehended Friday by the U.S. Marshals Service at a bus station in Raleigh and is being held on a murder charge pending extradition, said Cherokee County Homicide Task Force officials.</p><p>Benjamin Adam Coots, 22, of Cherokee County, and Marchella Raymond Lanzone, 22, of Cobb County, also have been charged with murder in the Sept. 21 death of 67-year-old Betty Jean Robinson.</p><p>Robinson was in a bedroom in her house in south Cherokee County when a motorist sprayed the house with bullets. Sheriffs officials said a bullet went through a front window and into a bedroom, where it struck Robinson.</p><p>Information from: Constitution</p>
