Home invasion charges dropped

GAINESVILLE - Home invasion charges against two men arrested last month in connection with an incident in Oakwood have been dropped.

Demetrius Nix and Rubenz Deus were ordered freed from the Hall County Detention Center after authorities decided there was not enough evidence against them to prosecute.

Nix and Deus were arreted December 16 shortly after a home invasion was reported at Lanier Mill Circle Apartments.
