The Lady Trojans (6-6, 2-1) were led by senior Megan Westmoreland, who poured in 25 points. They have won three of their last four games.
North Hall led just 17-10 after the first quarter but started the second with a 10-0 run and eventually led the Lady Bobcats (1-13, 0-3) 39-16 at halftime.
It was a big win after losing to Johnson over the weekend.
"I thought we responded well after that loss," North Hall coach Debbie Blake said. "I think the team is really starting to click now."
The Lady Trojans pushed their lead to 57-25 in the third quarter.
Caitlyn Tilson added 10 points for North hall. Gilmer was led by 9 points each from Scarlett Newton and Lindsay Weissinger.
