Lanier bass tourney Saturday

GAINESVILLE - If you notice more than the usual number of bass boats on Lake Lanier Saturday, its because of a tournament sanctioned by the National Striped Bass Association.

The tournament, hosted by the North Georgia Striper Club, begins at 7:15 a.m. from Little Hall Park on Dawsonville Highway.

Weigh-ins are scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
