Lady Spartans snap losing streak

OAKWOOD - The West Hall girls basketball team snapped a two-game losing streak holding on to beat North Hall 63-61 Saturday night.<br> <br> It was the third straight loss for North Hall.<br> <br> West Hall (10-9) got balanced scoring led by Martha Vital with 15 points. Heather Power added 11 and Lacey Bartlett and Talia Lindsey each scored 10.<br> <br> Megan Westmoreland set a new career mark with 35 points to lead North Hall (7-10) but she got little help from her teammates. Caitlin Tilson was the only other Lady Trojans with more than 7 points. Tilson finished with 10 for North Hall.
