Two dead in Cumming murder-suicide

CUMMING - Two people are dead in what Forsyth County Sheriff investigators are calling a murder suicide Tuesday.

Sheriff Captain Frank Huggins said the bodies of Kenneth Brown, 44, and Rita Charlotte Odom, 46, were found in a home at 6390 Millwood Road just before 4 a.m.

"All indications are that Mr. Brown first shot Ms. Odom and then himself." Huggins said.

Huggins adds Brown had been threatening suicide and the investigation is continuing.
