Arrests made in Clermont fire

GAINESVILLE - Hall County fire officials say another arrest is possible as they continue to investigate a couple of suspicious fires in the Clermont area.

Fire marshal David Kimbrell says two North Hall teenagers, Cole Stewart Knight, 19, and Jason Burdell McIntyre, 17, have been arrested in connection with one of the fires which destroyed a camper about ten days ago at the home of Eddie McFalls on Hulsey Road.

Each is charged with first-degree arson.

Kimbrell says investigators think they know the motive for the fire - which caused about $10,000 in damage - but aren't ready to reveal it. The other fire involved a vehicle and another camper, according to Kimbrell.
