School board names new principal in White County

CLEVELAND - The White County Board of Education has named Rodney Green, current assistant principal at White County High School, to be principal at the new ninth grade academy.

White County Superintendent of Schools Paul Shaw said Green will assume the position in the 2004 school year.

Dr. Richard Behrens was scheduled to head the new school, but he recently accepted the position of Principal at Towns County High School.
