NEW YORK - LeBron James won't be moving far. As expected, the Cleveland Cavaliers made the Akron, Ohio, high school sensation the first player selected in Thursday evening's NBA draft. <br>

He joins Washington's Kwame Brown as the only players drafted number-one directly out of high school.<br>

The Detroit Pistons made Serbian seven-footer Darko Milicic the second selection in the NBA draft.
