Augusta's Howell leads Memorial

DUBLIN, OHIO - Charles Howell III has a one-stroke lead going into Friday&#39;s second round of the Memorial. <br> <br> The golfer from Augusta made a 45-foot putt on No. 18 for his eighth birdie in 12 holes Thursday, giving him an 8-under-par 64. <br> <br> Kenny Perry is at 65. John Huston is in third with a 66, followed by seven others with 67&#39;s, including Tiger Woods, who is playing on the PGA Tour for the first time since the Masters.<br> <br> The bad news for Howell is that a first-round leader has never gone on to win the Memorial.
