DELAND, FLORIDA - Nate Williams scored 24 points, including a clutch basket in the final minute, as Georgia State beat Stetson 78-71 Friday night. <br>

Williams also added nine rebounds as Georgia State (10-9, 5-3 Atlantic Sun) won its seventh game in the last 10. Trello Galloway added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Panthers. <br>

Down for most of the game, Stetson (4-14, 2-7) took a brief 59-58 lead with 6:01 to play. The Panthers regained the lead moments later and led by as many as seven down the stretch. <br>
<br>
The Hatters made one more run to cut the lead to 69-67 with under a minute left, but Williams answered with a basket and a foul to seal the game. <br>
<br>
The Panthers shot 50 percent from the field, but kept Stetson at bay with 18-for-18 from the free throw line, the best single-game performance in school history. <br>
<br>
Lamont McIntosh added 18 points and Leroy Davis had 16 points for the Panthers. <br>
<br>
E.J. Gordon led the Hatters with 22 points, while Ravii Givens scored 15, Alexis McMillan added 13 and Kevin Craig had 10.
