Georgia St. snaps losing streak

ATLANTA - Nate Williams scored 20 points and Cedric Patton had 18 off the bench as Georgia State edged Jacksonville 71-69 Tuesday night to end a four-game losing streak. <br> <br> The lead changed nine times before Georgia State (11-13, 6-7 Atlantic Sun Conference) got three straight baskets in 30 seconds to take a 65-60 lead with 2:42 left. <br> <br> Jacksonville (12-13, 7-6) cut the lead to one, 70-69, with 6.6 seconds remaining. Then Williams made the second of two foul shots and the Dolphins were unable to get a shot off before the buzzer. <br> <br> James Daniels&#39; 19 points and 15 by Kevin Sheppard led Jacksonville, which had won eight of its last 11.
