Kelly, creator of Orville the Green Dragon, passes away

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville man who created a popular Atlanta TV character from the 60's died Tuesday.<br>

Services will be held Saturday for 55-year-old Terry Kelly, the creator and voice of Orville the Green Dragon on WSB's Popeye Club which aired from 1959-1969. <br>
<br>
Kelly joined the show in 1963 at the age of 15, he stayed until the show ended. <br>
<br>
The former cable executive later won an Emmy in 1979 for a Humane Society Commercial.
