CLEVELAND - At least one member of the Cleveland City Council is planning to run for re-election this year. <br>

Rush Mauney announced his plans as the council set qualifying fees for this year's municipal elections. <br>

Councilwoman Annie Sutton says she has not made up her mind about running, and, Mayor Donald Stanley is still weighing his decision. <br>
