The Vikings (5-1) have won four straight since losing to Banneker in the Pepsi Shootout Tournament last month.
Banneker, which had moved ahead of East Hall, dropped back down to No. 2 with Westover third. Gainesville (7-1) moved up into a tie with Hart County at No. 4. The Elephants have won seven straight.
White County is seventh and Johnson moved into the Top 10 at No. 10.
That gives Region 7-AAA four teams in the top 10 in Class AAA.
In other boys rankings, in Class AA Apalachee is seventh and Buford is 12th. Washington-Wilkes in No. 1 in Class AA.
In Class A, Jefferson is 11th.
