The Knights beat Roswell and Northview but fell to Milton and host South Forsyth.
Union Grove beat South Forsyth to take the team title. Riverwood finished third and Milton fourth.
North Forsyth was the only other area team to participate. Johnson was the only Hall County team involved. Knights coach R. Garry Glenn, because of a confusing tiebreaker system, was not sure where they finished in the eight-team field.
The Knights are now 7-7 on the season in dual matches.
Individually for Johnson, junior Juan Gomez was a perfect 4-0 at the 119-pound division. Junior Phat Vu went 3-0 at 135 despite battling illness most of the day.
Junior Spencer Arnold went 3-1 at 125 and junior Charles Estrada was 3-1 at 145. Sophomore Chris Grindle was 3-1 at 112.
The Knights will be off until January 8th when they travel back to South Forsyth.
