<p>A skydiver was killed and his girlfriend seriously injured when they collided in the air and their parachutes collapsed about 100 feet from the ground.</p><p>Jason Marler, 30, of Denham Springs, La. died Saturday after he collided in the air with Lori Gremillion, his girlfriend, during a jump at the annual Free Flight Festival in Thomaston, an annual event for skydiving enthusiasts, said Maj. Dan Kilgore, Chief Deputy of the Upson County Sheriffs Office.</p><p>In the collision, Marlers parachute deflated and hers became partially deflated. The couple fell about 30 to 100 feet from the ground, Kilgore said.</p><p>Gremillion, 22, also of Denham Springs, La., has been listed in stable condition at The Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.</p>
