Gainesville road closing

GAINESVILLE - A section of a busy road on the southside of Gainesville will be closed to thru traffic for four days beginning Tuesday morning.

Ridge Road between Queen City Parkway and Hancock Extension will be closed because of a city utilities construction project.

The road will be closed at 8:00 Tuesday morning and remain closed to thru traffic, day and night, through 6:00 Friday evening.
