GHS boys look to advance at Tabo tourney

JEFFERSON - The Gainesville boys basketball team will play St. Francis Tuesday night in the second round of the Tabo's Tip-off Tournament at Jefferson.

The Class AAA seventh-ranked Elephants (1-1) won their tournament opener with a convincing 78-42 win over Jackson County Saturday.

Thw winner of Tuesday's game will play the winner of the Jefferson-Dacula game on Saturday.

Jefferson is ranked fourth in the latest Class A rankings.
