TIFTON - Farm economists see a glimmer of hope in 2003 for improved prices on at least two of Georgia's major commodities, cotton and peanuts. <br>

As the state's Number One industry has been plagued by drought and low commodity prices in recent years. But that could change this year. <br>
<br>
Forecasters expect sufficient soil moisture for spring planting, and economists say there is a possibility of higher prices for cotton and peanuts, the state's top cash row crops. <br>
