NORCROSS - A woman was apparently mauled to death by her family's dogs at her Norcross home, authorities said Tuesday.
Officers were called to her home Monday night and found the body of 52-year-old Flora Lubin, said Gwinnett police Cpl. Dan Huggins.
``Lubin had several injuries that were consistent with being attacked by a dog,'' Huggins said.
Seven dogs two adult animals and five puppies that appeared to be at least part pit bull were removed from the home and were being held at the Gwinnett County Animal Control Shelter on Tuesday.
It was unclear if the animals would be destroyed.
Huggins said Lubin had epilepsy and had a history of seizures. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday to determine the exact cause of death.
