HOUSTON - An arrest warrant has been issued for former Houston Astros infielder Ken Caminiti in a drug case.
The former National League MVP allegedly flunked terms of his probation for a cocaine possession conviction.

The warrant says Caminiti violated terms of his three-year community supervision agreement when a urine sample he gave Monday indicated cocaine use.
He pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine last March.
Caminiti was a longtime member of the Houston Astros and was the National League MVP in 1996 with the San Diego Padres, hitting 40 homers and driving in 130 runs.
He returned to the Astros in 1999, before winding up his major league career with the Texas Rangers and Atlanta Braves in 2001.
