NAPLES, FLORIDA - Florida Governor Jeb Bush says there doesn't appear to be a terrorist connection in the Alligator Alley situation.

Bush says no explosives have been found yet in the two cars being searched on the highway running through the Everglades.

The road remains shut down as investigators continue going through the second of the two cars. The first was moved a short distance away after being searched.

The two vehicles were stopped early this morning on the highway after one ran through a toll booth.

Authorities had been tipped off to look for the cars after a woman in a Georgia restaurant reported overhearing three men talk about a possible terror attack.

Technicians have been using bomb-sniffing dogs and a robot in going through the cars.

The dogs had initially alerted them to some material in both cars.

An official in Washington says the three men who are being detained appear to be medical students on their way to a conference in Miami.

He says their nationalities are Jordanian, Pakistani and Iranian. Two of the three are naturalized U.S. citizens.
