ATLANTA - Nominations for lieutenant governorship, three congressional seats and three top state posts are what&#39;s at stake in Tuesday&#39;s runoff elections. <br> <br> State Senator Mike Beatty and former state Representative Steve Stancil are seeking the GOP nomination to take on Democratic Lieutenant Governor Mark Taylor. <br> <br> Charles ``Champ&#39;&#39; Walker, son of the Democratic leader of the Georgia Senate, battles state Representative Ben Allen for the Democratic nomination in the 12th congressional district. <br> <br> For the eleventh District, state Senator Phil Gingrey of Marietta faces Rome businessman Cecil Stanton. <br> <br> A battle for the Republican nomination in the eleventh District pits state Senator Phil Gingrey of Marietta against Rome businessman Cecil Staton. <br> <br> Republicans in the fourth District chose between two little-known candidates, Catherine Davis and Cynthia Van Auken, for the right to challenge Denise Majette in the heavily Democratic district. <br> <br> GOP voters are deciding between Bernadette Ramirez Broyles and Charlie Bailey for nomination as Secretary of State. <br> <br> Democratic voters were choosing a nominee for state school superintendent between Barbara Christmas and businessman Joe Martin.
